Booking appointments

Online booking takes place in Jane (janeapp.com), a separate service. Information you enter when booking or messaging in Jane is collected by Jane, not by this website. It is handled under Jane’s privacy policy and Dr. Penner’s practice policies.

Callback requests

If you request a callback, the form collects your first name, your phone number, the times you prefer to be called and whether we may leave a voicemail. These details are sent by email to Dr. Penner’s practice so that we can return your call. They are not stored in this website’s database.

Please do not include medical or other sensitive information in the form. The email copy of your request is kept by Dr. Penner’s practice only as long as needed to respond to it.

To limit spam, the website keeps a temporary count of form submissions from each connection for up to one hour. The count uses a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address; the address itself is not stored.

Website hosting and security

Like most websites, the web host and our network and security provider, Cloudflare, process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics. Cloudflare records anonymous, cookie-free page-performance measurements (Cloudflare Web Analytics). If this changes, this page will be updated first.
